Return and Refund

Fill out the form within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the parcel and wait for an email from our customer service.
We will send you instructions and a return address to prepare the return. Returns after the 14-day period will be refused.

Change of mind of the customer: The cost of returns due to the customer's change of mind will be borne by the customer and should always be returned with an active tracking number.

The sender is responsible for customs duties. If you are sending a shipment from the USA to Europe or from Europe to the USA, please select "The sender is responsible for customs duties".

All returns must be returned via UPS, DHL or FedEx. Due to the long delivery times, we do not accept returns with local postal services.

Defective or incorrect itemsIf you come across defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will provide you with a return label so that you can return the defective/incorrect item to us.

Conditional return conditionsPlease note that all returns are subject to a quality inspection upon arrival. If we refuse the return due to damage or for any other reason (if the products have been worn, washed or show signs of use), we reserve the right to refuse a refund for this return. In the event of a refused return, the order will be returned to the buyer and all additional shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Reimbursement: Returns are made in the form of a refund of the fee to the payment method originally used during the payment process.

Please allow 5 to 7 working days from the day we receive the returned parcel for the amount to appear in your account. However, the processing times depend on your bank. You will receive a confirmation email after a return has been processed.

What you need to put in the parcel:

Attach a copy of the Order number in the parcel. If no number is found later, we do not guarantee the refund of the returned goods.
